  • You feel your pecs/chest are or is not proportional to the rest of your body.
  • You simply have always wanted a bigger chest.
  • You feel you have no shape or definition to your pecs/chest.

Pectoral Augmentation & Pectoral Implants

in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills, CA

Men, mostly average folk’s not just bodybuilders, don’t infrequently seek augmentation and/or enhancement of their chest. Frequently these men do workout but are unable to proportionally grow their pectoral muscles. Most all of us have at least one strong and/or favorite body part, but also have at least one body part that is relatively weak and/or small. Others may be limited by trauma or by genetic and developmental nerve and muscle deformities such as Poland’s Syndrome (missing pectoral muscle), Pectus Excavatum (funnel chest) or Pectus Carinatum (pigeon chest). In any case, these individuals are frequently embarrassed to be in public places, such as pools, beaches, and locker rooms without their shirt on.

Fortunately, there exists a relatively safe and effective surgical procedure using semi-solid silicone rubber (not gel like breast) implants. Through a small inch, or so incision within an armpit crease, the implant is placed under the existing pectoralis major muscle belly (except Poland’s Syndrome, where it is placed just under the subcutaneous fascia layer) to augment/enhance the chest. Also because these implants are not filled with gel, they cannot rupture or leak, thus they are considered to be permanent (e.g. no need for replacement after 10 years like breast implants).

Calf Augmentation/Implants

Both men and women, mostly average folk’s not just bodybuilders, not infrequently seek augmentation and/or enhancement of their calves. Unfortunately, this is one muscle group in particular extremely difficult to grow even with the most intense forms of exercise (e.g. their mass is simply bound my genetic limitations!).

The first sign of aging often begins with the neck. The neck is the support for the face and should provide a youthful, appealing foundation. Many individuals are concerned about the contour of their jaw/neck line more so than their face. An isolated neck lift, without the extent of a full facelift can be tailored by Dr. Stanton to meet your needs.

Liposuction is well suited for men and women who are of relatively normal weight but have isolated pockets of fat that cause certain areas of their body to appear disproportionate. These localized fat deposits may sometimes be an inherited trait and typically do not respond to dieting or exercise. Liposuction is often the only reliable way to change the body’s contour.
