Unlike previous lasers, which attempt to treat from the outside, the Dorion Laser uses a sterile microfiber inserted into the lumen of the veins therefore treating from the inside. The procedure takes only about 30-40 minutes per hand and is done under local anesthesia on an outpatient basis.
